These Terms govern your use of Procrastitask (the "Service"), operated by Mythic Works LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read the disclaimers - they matter for a reminder app.
Procrastitask sends reminders that escalate until you deal with them, including - on supported devices and settings - a breakthrough alarm. It also lets you share accountability with other people in a space.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information (such as a valid email for sign-in).
You may create Personal Access Tokens so your own AI agent or software can access your tasks through our API or MCP server. Those tokens act on your behalf and are limited to your own tasks. You are responsible for tokens you create and for anything done with them; you can revoke them at any time in the app.
Any paid plan is sold and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Prices and terms shown at purchase apply.
Your reminders and other content are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service (including showing shared tasks to the members of a space you join). We claim no other rights to it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reminders or alarms will be delivered on time, or at all, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythic Works LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any missed, delayed, or undelivered reminder, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD $50).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we must end to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
